Hope everyone had a nice weekend! I went to a blogger meetup on Saturday with Mari, Amber, and Rebecca at Bareburger. Mari and I took a fun drive to Brooklyn while blasting some Tiesto!
After Mari and I had a couple of these the night before…..
…we both agreed that we needed fried food to cure the hangovers. I created the most awesome burger and we split onion rings and sweet potato fries on the side.
My burger had cheese, bacon, avocado, fried onions, lettuce, pickles, and chipotle mayo. Yes, I went all out. Yes, it was much-needed.
I am happy to say that I completely stuck with my workout plan the week before, so Saturday was my rest day and eat whatever the hell I want day!

Thursday–Refine Method Complete
Friday, Saturday, Sunday—I have to do Refine Method 2 of these days and take one rest day. Refine Method Friday and Sunday, Rest on Saturday. Complete.
